To ensure your lash magnets are “fully charged”, always remember to place them back in the lash box. Think of them as chargers, the magnetic strip will re-magnetise the eyelash that you’ve used and recharge them into the same potential as they were before. Good as new to use again, and super strong hold! 

Yes bb! Our products have been tested before production. We are free from heavy metal and parabens. Iron oxide is our secret ingredient that provides the strong hold, this ingredient is commonly used to pigment and is rated as non-toxic with adherence to EWG’s skin deep profile and government regulations. With any eye products, if you have any pre-existing eye conditions, consult your doctor.

You can scrape it gently off with your nails, or a non-magnetic tweezer. 

Removing is really simple, gently pull on the YGG lash from outer lash to inner lash. (none of your natural lash will be harmed in the process) 

A bottle of saline solution that gently disinfects and removes dirt will do the trick. We recommend getting the saline from a pharmacy.

 Micellar water or an oil based makeup remover is the best way to remove YGG LASHLINER from your skin.

Unfortunately only one discount code can be applied. 

Of course! We strongly recommend the application of mascara after tightlining your lids, this is to blend your lashes in with our magnetic lash and make them seem more blended together! 

We don’t recommend putting mascara directly on the YGG eyelash itself, though. 

Apply an even coat of eyeliner, and make sure it's 80% dried before magnetizing lashes for optimum hold! 

Of course you can! We recommend this step to beginners as it’s the easiest way to apply. 

Our magnetic lashes are 100% mink with no synthetic fibers. Our brush is made from plastic fiber.

You may purchase a pair of our exclusive tweezers for a more accurate touch to your application. A regular pair of drugstore tweezers should do the trick too. Practice makes perfect!

Aww honey, we’re so sad to see you go. If you’re not satisfied with our product, please drop us an email ASAP and a refund will be credited to your account in 5-10 days, depending on your merchant card payment on a case to case basis. 

Due to hygiene reasons, the lashes have to be sealed and in their original condition, with no signs of wear at all. 

Additionally, we recommend purchasing a pair to try out first before committing to multiple boxes.
